In the role of Division Director, Chad leads and supports a team of five Area Directors who serve as liaisons to 25 Toastmasters clubs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective club operations. As the Leadership Institute Chair, Chad oversees the planning and execution of statewide officer training events—both in-person and virtual—impacting over 600 club leaders across Arizona. This work enhances leadership development, education, and community engagement throughout the region.
