Four Peaks Rotarians and Friends,

During our club visioning last November, one area we believed we ought to focus a little more on was marketing the good work Four Peaks Rotary does in our community.  Re-instating a club newsletter is part of a broader strategy while keeping our members informed of what we’ve been doing and what may be on the horizon.  When relevant, we’ll include District 5495 news as well – along with what other District clubs might be doing.  Debbie Clason has been doing some remarkable work for our first quarterly addition of the Four Peaks Rotary newsletter.

This year’s Rotary International theme is “Unite for Good.”  I’ve been doing much thinking on what this might mean for us as one of over 46,000 Rotary Clubs worldwide.  I will have shared some diverse thoughts during our annual In / Out festivities on June 14 and will continue our discussions during our first meeting on July 10.  We’ve been doing some great work in our community, but we can and should explore ways we can increase our impact, expand our reach while enhancing participant engagement.

As I embark on my year as your club president, I’m open to your ideas, suggestions, and yes, constructive criticism in helping steer our club to success.  I’m looking forward to working with you in sustaining Four Peaks Rotary as the best club in District 5495.

Nick Proctor
President 2025-2026
